In colaboration with Marinés Granados: Tibetan Singing Bowls healing
Because we're 80% water, the sound waves of the singing bowl hit every cell and tissue of the body. Sound helps to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by using entrainment. Entrainment synchronises our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves, making it possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur).
Yin is a yoga style in which postures are held for prolonged periods of time. The objective is to slowly stretch the connective tissue of the body, enhance blood circulation in your joints, and flexibility. It's a meditative space in which you cultivate your body, emotions and mind connection in the present moment.
